Cargo Phytosanitary Assessment: Monitoring and assessment of the phytosanitary condition of grain at port elevators before loading.
Hold Sealing: Ensuring complete hermetic sealing of holds, including taping ventilation hatches, manholes, and technological joints of hatch covers with specialized tapes to prevent gas leakage.
J-System Installation: Design and installation of forced gas recirculation systems (J-System) at the bottom of the holds to ensure uniform distribution throughout the grain mass.
Dosing: Controlled introduction of fumigants (based on aluminum or magnesium phosphide) into the grain stream using automatic dispensers or deep probing methods.
Warning Systems: Proper labeling and placement of warning signs and signal placards ("Danger, Gas!", "Fumigation in progress") on holds and vessel superstructures.
Gas Monitoring: Regular concentration measurements in crew living and working areas (superstructure, bridge, engine room) to ensure the safety of the crew.
Crew Briefing: Detailed safety instructions provided to the Captain and crew members prior to vessel departure.
Safety Equipment Supply: Provision of personal protective equipment and gas detection tools (gas masks, filters, gas analyzers) on board.
Certification: Preparation and issuance of official Fumigation Certificates and the complete package of documents required for obtaining the state Phytosanitary Certificate.
In-Transit Fumigation: Coordination and supervision of the fumigation process during the vessel’s voyage.
Venting/Degasification: Conducting hold ventilation at the port of destination, performing final air quality measurements for residual gas, and issuing authorization for safe discharge.

Port Service Organization: Prompt booking of pilots, tugboats, and mooring crews for safe vessel guidance within the port area and docking.
Clearance Inward: Organizing and facilitating the official board inspection upon arrival (customs, border control, sanitary authorities), verifying all ship documents and declarations.
Notice of Readiness (NOR): Formal submission of the NOR to the cargo owner or terminal on behalf of the Captain to commence cargo operations and establish laytime.
24/7 Loading/Unloading Monitoring: Continuous supervision of the speed and quality of cargo operations at the elevator or terminal to protect the client's interests against demurrage.
Husbandry Services: Comprehensive supply management, including bunkering (fuel/oil), provision of fresh water, food supplies (provisions), and technical spare parts.
Crew Assistance: Organization of emergency and routine medical care, crew changes (repatriation, visa support, airport pickup, and transfer).
Statement of Facts (SOF) Management: Maintaining a strict chronological record of all port events (weather conditions, delays, technical stoppages) to ensure accurate financial settlements between the owner and charterer.
Cargo Documentation: Preparation, verification, and signing of Bills of Lading, Cargo Manifests, Certificates of Origin, and Quality Certificates.
Clearance Outward: Successful completion of final port formalities and securing official Port Clearance for departure.
Safe Departure Organization: Booking pilots and tugboats for undocking and safe vessel guidance to open sea.
Final Disbursement Account (FDA): Collection of all original invoices from port services, final financial reconciliation with the shipowner, and balance settlement.
